Call this place September 23 to replace a transom in my boat,talks good game and tells me he's backed up but could get me in the first week of November. I agree and wait , first week of November comes and goes no call I leave multiple messages with no reply. I finally get in touch before Thanksgiving and he tells me I'll get back to you after Thanksgiving 3rd week in December no calls. My boat is now getting repaired elsewhere.

I called Appleton boat repair because I have an ancient Alumacraft with sentimental meaning outweighing its value, but it recently started leaking. I never got the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he walked me through the process of pinpointing the location of the leak. He also set time aside to meet with me and look over my boat.
