On two occasions I ordered an iPhone. The firs time was in July and after 3 weeks they claimed it had been shipped but it had not. Two months later they provided a gift card and large discount apologizing for the mistake. I ordered and paid for both an iPhone and Mac Mini M4 Pro using the discounts and neither have been shipped. Worse yet there is ZERO phone, email or chat support. Remarkable how they stay in business
