We have been looking for a Primary Care Physician who makes sure has the time to listen to our concerns and follow through our medical conditions. Good thing, we found AppleMD clinic. Dr. Tenorio provides high quality of care, making sure that our medicines are effective by following up on side effects, blood pressure improvement, blood sugar controls, and even lab results discussion. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. The rap music playing loudly in the lobby created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism extended beyond the environment, as both the doctor and staff failed to demonstrate the level of courtesy, respect, and professionalism I would expect from a healthcare provider.
