I wish I could give them zero stars! I bought a MacBook charger for my husband that cost $65 because I thought he needed it urgently for work. Once I realized it wasn't urgent I found the same charger on amazon for $25, that's right $40 cheaper! I went back the next day to return the charger and was told by the sales clerk Thomas Lail that returns within 24 hours of purchase require a 20% "restocking fee". What?! On Feb. 17, 2018 my granddaughter took her iPhone 7 plus to Apple-Juice Winston to have a severely cracked screen replaced. Other than damage to the screen the phone functioned fine. Later that afternoon after the repair she started experiencing problem with the touch, trying to use keypad with no response from the phone. As we live over an hour from Winston she was not able to return the phone that day. This Saturday, the 24th we returned the phone to Apple-Juice Winston to have the problem corrected.
