I stayed for one night and as soon as I got there went and had a swim in the pool which was absolutely awsome and I had a little boom box which the staff didn't mind me playing while having a swim I stayed in room 4 which was fantastic the shower I cant put into words it blew me away I will be going back as that's my go to place when I stay in toowoomba I ask one special request I always want to have room 4 so clean and comfortable thankyou Amanda and staff for making my night the best
My stay was perfect. Management was great. The weekend reception was polite and helpful. Most of the cleaners were happy and polite. One cleaner was outstanding. She helped anyway she could when management wasn't there late in the afternoon. Always smiling when we saw her. Asking if everything is fine. You couldn't ask for a more energetic and more reliable staff than this cleaner. I believe her and her partner stay on site.
Was ok kids outside screaming till late and kids running a muck rooms were good wouldn't stay again
this place was amazing the staff went above and beyond. this is the best place to stay in Toowooomba
