I called this place to get help for a close family member of mine, and they were very helpful with helping me help guide him through the process in getting help with his addiction. I watched them walk him through everything, and answer any questions or concerns he had. The process was not hard at all, they helped him very quickly, and he had an appointment faster then we thought he would. This place really thinks a person can go with out their medicines all because I was suppose to have a phone appointment..nobody called. And when I finally run out of my meds, (After calling the thibodaux location just to be actually talking to the Baton Rouge location, and get the phone runaround for almost a week and a half) I get told i have to wait till the 17th cause I missed the appointment. Relapse is real and these people dont care.
Well I had an appointment 5/25 a tele visit in which noones called me for my visit and I've been calling and calling I got some one on the phone yesterday and today noones called me back i am out of my medicine isand sick I even told who I spoke to this and still nothing. ..now I wonder how long I will suffer before I can actually get my televisit. I'm very disappointed and hurt that the doctor who I think I can count on has left me to deal with this , I'm trying to be strong but relapse in is my near future if this matter i... read more
