I called to get an estimate on a move and was regarded with what could only be considered hostility at best. When I asked if I could get an estimate over the phone he treated me like a moron and became aggressive, even suggesting that what I was doing was illegal. He could have given his spiel in a convincing, respectful manner; but instead I found myself aching to hang up on him. Could not have spoken with a nastier person with worse customer service skills.

Second time using Applegate – Used Applegate for the second time. No problem. Very dependable and price was exactly what was quoted. No suprises. Have recommended to co-workers. Nice guys had to take apart several items and put them together later. All worked out perfect.

Applegate is horrible! – I used Applegate Moving and Storage. In the process of moving a washer and dryer into my laundry room, the movers tore the flooring up in several places in the laundry room. The crew leader was immediately shown the damage and he acknowledged the mishap. I contacted the owner- Mike Applegate, who came to my home to estimate the repair cost the first week of September.
