Great doctor.
This is the 3rd time I have refered clients to that clinic and the staff treated them poorly and rude talking about them in the hall loud enough for client to hear.. saying nasty remarks....they will be reported...sham on them for treating ppl so badly.
I have never met more ignorant people all in one setting in my life! One girl was so stupid as to think that the only source of protein a person can get is from red meat! The rest of the staff some how managed to mess up every bit of my labs, they could not even answer what happened to them. These people are so incompetent they can not even remember to put your blood into the centrifuge to spin down! When I asked what about my urinalysis they had no idea what happened to it. Total incompetence from one end to the other!!!
My insurance assigned our family to this office after our previous doctor retired. We delivered our new patient forms in person at the front desk. The receptionist shoved our paperwork back at us and said that they don't accept our kind of insurance. After we pointed out that our insurance had already assigned us as patients, she looked us up in her computer system before finally accepted our paperwork.
