This review is for the wonderful job that Anna and Jeanette did in assisting Dennis in recovery from his foot surgery. While the two ladies have different personalities, they complement one another very well in administering care in their respective areas of expertise (Anna in physical therapy and Jeannette in occupational therapy). This homecare & hospice facility fell so short of their duties and never delivered services. it was on the edge of abuse of authority. They don't do anything for the family, and they did less for the dying patient. Our family bought our own diapers, it took 2-3 days for medications to show up, there were no counselors available to speak to the family, no information about funeral places or procedures for the dying.
