HOA fees…? And for what? I’m wondering where do they actually go?! The “play ground “ has been broke and unsafe for years, poop smeared in women’s bathroom at the pool, until someone threatened to call the health department…. The pool, tennis court and hot tub is outdated and broke down… where is all that money going? Because even the outside of our townhomes are crumbling!!!! Almost $500 a month per unit paid to HOA and no clue where that goes. They can’t even have the roads in here plowed come winter!
They have not answered the phone when I called.
