It was time for our fall service. Trey is awesome as always very thorough making sure that we are safe for the winter.
He was on time. When he serviced my system he somehow blew insulation through every duct into every room of my house. I had to run out to my garage and yell into the attic that he was blowing insulation throughout my house. He apologized and stated that he left a door open. That doesn’t help me if my flexible ductwork has insulation in it now. Or we have to keep cleaning it up everytime my system comes on. He did complete the service and everything seemed fine other than the insulation issue that we had.
