Tabitha was amazing! She was all I hoped for and more as a provider. I felt so confortable and heard. I will keep coming to only her as long as possible and 100% recommend her to any woman looking for a provider who is kind, friendly, caring, and listens.

Two years ago I had blood work done here. I was told my b12 and my vitamin d were low, and to take supplements. This was just thrown out there over the phone with no follow up appointment. I was having an impossible time losing weight, felt sluggish and tired all the time and was starting to feel desperate, and their answer? Maybe my body just had a new "base line" weight wise and I was just heavy now and I could fix it with "weight loss medicine" if I wanted. I have been going to Applegate and seeing Tabitha for a while now. She is honestly the most genuine, kind, and best provider! She takes the time to listen and makes you feel so comfortable. Her staff is great, they always get me seen quickly, it's overall just the best place to be seen. I can't express enough how thankful I am for Tabitha!
