The staff exceeded my expectations when I was looking to move from out of state. They accomodated my short notice for a showing, processed my application within 1 day and I was moving from IL before I knew it. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
If you are considering renting from Applegate in Saint Croix Falls, BEWARE!!! Your deposit will be treated like an end of lease donation to them when your lease ends and you give proper move out notice and are moved. The carpets were cleaned before I left and still I got charged after the fact to clean them again. I had no heat for most of the winter without purging air out of the heating system daily to keep it running.
