Love the doctors, but....looking to switch, can't deal with their "central phone room for multiple practices".....you need to speak to your doctor, ask a question, or make an appointment, be prepared to hang on the phone for 20 minutes or more. With some of the most horrible muzak you've ever heard -- with an irritating break to tell you that "your call is important to us" every 15 seconds. We've given up a couple of times and just gone off to Urgent Care. This is not the way things are supposed to work -- they need to fire... read more
