Specifically for Dr Karen Palmer, who is respectful, listens, and incorporates the patient. Dr Palmer is a person of integrity, high character, those same values are reflected in her office staff. Everyone is treated with respect and courtesy, backed by action (not lip service).

I have been a patient here for several years. My PCP (who was awesome!) moved from the practice. Appledore canceled my annual without notifying me. No contact. No attempt to reschedule. They apparently now open at 8:30 while their answering service says that they open at 8. Generally they seem to be pretty incompetent from a organizational standpoint.
