I live in Uphall and I have been walking past Applecross Garage for years but very recently a beautiful SL 400 caught my eye , I made enquiries and John the salesman laughed when I told him I had a really great Chrysler Crossfire to trade in!!!! But the Owner seen my Wee Crossfire and offered me a deal . First class service!! From the first call to determine if the car was still available to the day I collected it I cannot fault this company one little bit. I have bought 20 cars over the years from varying sizes of dealership and they could learn a lot from the professionalism and customer focus from this company. I dealt with Jon throughout the experience and it was flawless. When the time comes to replace this car I will not hesitate to call back even though its a fair distance away from me.
A random Auto Trader search led to me buying a wonderful condition used car from this classy, upmarket, enthusiastic and honestly, friendliest bunch of guys. No hard sell ,no persuasion. They even collected me from the nearest train station which is Uphall. Applecross are located close to Edinburgh and close enough to Glasgow to make either direction an easy drive.
