Dr Caroline Adam who claims to be one of the tenured GPs in this medical centre is very unconcerned about patients’ health. She is obsessed with paperwork more than actually listening and identifying patient’s condition. I’ve had to push for blood tests and stool tests, only to find out there is severe problems that could have been missed if I wasn’t persistent enough myself. Her diagnosis and negligence are beyond comprehension. I will be taking this further as she has wasted 3 months of my time and treatment.
Saw Dr Jishi Bose with my grandchild with bad cough and discharging ears. She was very thorough with her examination, diagnosis and treatment. Thanks for your care
I have a family member who saw Dr. Jishi Bose. She is an extremely rude and 'frank' doctor who left our family member in tears on her last and final visit. DO NOT visit her, unless you want a very quick appointment that ends in you paying her bill, with no follow up, sheer interest or further research into your medical condition.
Had a Telehealth appointment with a new Dr, who wouldn’t re-subscribe me with medication I have previously had 3 other Dr’s prescribe to me. I’ve been seeing this clinic for 18 months now, with all up to date patient notes and history. This included a NSAIDS medication. Extremely unhappy and disappointed at this level of patient care, Dr just took her own personal biases and pushed them into our conversation. This is the wrong way to treat fellow human beings and I wouldn’t recommend you seeing Dr J. Bose
Attended with my daughter yesterday to see Dr Ida, who we saw in a previous practice before she moved to this one....I have to say the customer service from the front desk was exceptional. Dr Ida has always been a caring Dr. Cannot fault anything...10 stars
