Unprofessional, Intimidating, and Threatening Communication by the dentist! My husband had a routine cleaning appointment at this office and declined X-rays, which he has the right to do as a patient. The most amazing dentist Dr.Protzer and team. I needed to get my teeth fixed, I finally made the leap to make an appointment. From my first appointment to my cleaning, to the root canal I needed, it went seamlessly. I can not say enough good things about this office. You know when you've found a gem and I truly have. I used to be so scared and worried, now, I have zero fears. Last week I brought my daughter in for her first appointment and she had the best time. I am deeply disappointed with the care my 5-year-old son received here. And traumatized over the abuse we experienced on our last visit. Over a period of six weeks, we came in three separate times for the same issue, an infection on his gums that continued to worsen. By our third visit, the infection had progressed into a large abscess that needed to be drained. RESPONSE TO RESPONSE I would like to respond to dentist reply. I did not at any time say that I did not understand that a portion may be my responsibility after my initial visit. I say this below. I am saying that when I specifically asked the desk if the six month cleaning was covered, I was told yes. If not, I would not have booked. Instead it was not covered at all, so how did I misunderstand?
