Thank you Dr Protzer! I phoned one morning with a toothache and his very kind staff got me in at the end of the day. He stayed late just to see me, when my regular dentist was unavailable. I am lucky he did! I had an infection under the crown of an implant. He removed the crown quickly and with no pain before I knew it. And booked a follow up appointment for the new crown. I saw dr.Klause for the first time and before I could tell him what I was in for he said "let me have a look first" he asked if he could grind down my crowns as they were way to high. Bam! First my bite issue in minutes! Totally blown away by his knowledge and down to earth ness. Definitely this is my new dentist!

Klaus and Les have taken such good care of me and my teeth for over 19 years. Highly recommend Applecross Dental, and I can not say enough good things about them. The level of care is beyond ad very calming, they are articulate and run a really great clinic.
Best dentist I have ever had. Dr Protzer has been my dentist for 19 years, he is amazing. When I needed a tooth pulled, it was done so fast, no pain and no time to even get nervous. I am thankful for his expertise and skill. The office is also located in a good part of town where I can also get my Costco shopping done, which is a bonus!
