I had the best experience at AppleCare in Statesboro. I was feeling really sick and went in on Saturday. They were really busy but the front desk receptionist was so welcoming and smiling so big even though they were super busy. The staff kept me informed on when it would be my turn. Candice the provider really listened to me and took time with me which was nice. I am definitely going back. They treated me like I was family.
Love this place! Staff is friendly, caring, and efficient.
Had called the office at 7:45 to get my perscription filled at a pharmacy in my hometown because I had left the rest in Statesboro. The nurse I spoke to said she would call it into the pharmacy. I called the CVS an hour later and they said no one had called. I called AppleCare back and Beverley, the recpeptionist, answered the phone. She was very rude and cut me off when I was talking. Costing $25 to talk to a nurse for 5 minutes, I'd be okay with my experience here if it weren't for the lady at the front desk. She was short answered, rude, and simply didn't care about anyone but herself. I will never be back.
