I wanted to try Appleby out to see if I liked them. I had a screen door put in and they were good. A year year later, the screen door stopper stop working. I should have called them then and had them come out for every little thing. Two years later it completely fell off. I called and now they wanted to charge me a hundred and twenty nine dollars for a service charge, but the part is covered.($15 part).
