The technician arrived within the time expected and was courteous and very thorough. He cleaned the upholstered pieces and the area rug very carefully and rotated the area rug for me on his own initiative. He cleaned up nicely when he was done. I recommend Appleby most highly.

This shop is one of those rare operations that combines a wealth of experience and knowledge with an efficient, truly helpful approach to customers. Yes, their prices are on the hefty side, but from all indications you get what you pay for.
