First off the receptionist at this office is as rude as they come, no clue why she is still able to work there after all her Google reviews, if she's that stressed from her work load then maybe she should ask the drs for another assistant to hire, behind the desk is stacked with patients files all over her desk and every where else she can stack them, very unorganized! second I did not have a gd consultation with Mr. Appleby! I don’t know what the receptionist’s problem is, but she’s unnecessarily rude, including, but not limited to, putting people on hold with no warning while they’re talking. She makes having a health issue even worse.

Receptionist incredibly rude for no reason. Called to confirm my appointment and was hung up on. What a weird experience. Please find a receptionist with a bit of decency

The receptionist for this doctor should find a new job, your job entitles patient compassion and care which she has none of, it always amazes me how these people keep their jobs. How does she sleep. Being so quick and rude to people, just wait till one day when someone treats her the same, unbelievably. She should be fired!!
