I go to this location a lot because I live far from my daughters dance studio and this is close to eat lunch or dinner on the go... Today there were some mishaps with the service and getting our food out in a timley manner but they did what they could to make it right. They were nice and apologetic, what more could you ask for when something goes wrong? We are all human and make mistakes. Thank you!!!
Bad. Very Bad. The cook substituted a tough piece of stew meat for sirloin steak in my meal and also burned our other meal. So we sent them both back. The waiter never bothered to refill our drinks until I had to wave him down with my napkin like a white flag. Overall--it sucked, both the food AND the service. If my parents hadn't been with us, we would have walked out immediately. If I could do a zero I would. We are a big family of 6 . We went in on Wednesday at 530pm got sat down right away. We Orderd drinks and it took about 20min to get those. At 547pm we order food. Not once were we updated no communication about whats going on by the time it was 630pm nothing still. Our kids were hungry and wanted there food. Our server didn't come up to ask if we needed refills,communication about how long our food will be not anything. I am writing while sitting in the restaurant freezing my butt off. Me and my wife came in for dinner. When we opened the open, we politely asked if they are still taking customer. This was at 11.05 PM. Sat down, server came up right away. Appetizers came out very fast as well. We order right after we got our drinks.
