Food is normally good, but they seem to have difficulty with cooking food to order. My fiance and I each got medium rare steaks last night and they came out well done. We ate them, as unlike most well done steaks they were still very tender and juicy, but could've probably been much better if they were cooked properly. Beyond the steak, I have never really had any kind of issue here in terms of food or service. Food might take a while to come out sometimes, but usually only when they are particularly busy.
Been here twice for car aide to go in the last week and wasted my whole lunch waiting for food. Had to call the store after 10 minutes to let them know I was there and they said sorry we have no one in car side to go employee today.
The food was good, but the waiter was extremely rude. We were up there for a marathon. I was hoping for a nice meal with my family, including my mother in-law, sister in-law and her friend. It started the weekend off on the wrong foot and set a sour mood. I didn't catch all of the interactions, as I was taking our toddler to the bathroom and changing our youngest's diaper, but I was told about the rest of the experience when we got outside.
