I recently went to Applebee's. I have not been here in a while. We were immediately seated and greeted upon entering the restaurant. The food was reasonably priced and in line with their competitors' prices. Our waiter, Caesar, was excellent, kept our drinks full, and gave us updates on the time estimate of our food. Steak was cooked perfectly shrimp was great
Went on a Sunday for my oldest kid’s 16th birthday, told him he could order whatever he wanted. They had no honey bbq for wings and no mozzarella sticks (even though we heard the bartender ask someone sat at the bar how their mozz sticks were). Food was so widely subpar, their ads and pics on this menus are nowhere near what is actually delivered. $70 for four people and nobody loved their food. We did get a birthday sundae, courtesy of our lovely server.
Our server Christina C. was AMAZING! We came in on a Saturday night and she was sooooo sweet. We are lwk indecisive and she was very patient with us! Loved her sm, top tier customer service! Love you girl!!
