The manager Esther was AMAZING!!! Great service!!! The food was also great. Definitely check it out great atmosphere!!!
4 stars overall, owing to higher price points. 5 stars for food quality/taste. Serving size is smaller. Service is as expected, on occasion some above-and-beyond. We visit rarely, owing to expense, opting for ONLY water as a drunk option (price). Our favorite? Cheddar's, Morgantown, followed closely by Olive Garden. I had an amazing experience at Applebee’s, and a big reason for that was Ester, the manager. She goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome and taken care of. Her positive attitude and leadership really show through the entire staff. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
