9/20/26-- Knocking the stars down again. The mail took 75 minutes. They were out of ribs. My food came out after my son was done eating. All of our for was overcooked and my burger bun was burnt. Our server was kind and eventually apologized for the wait, stating some people didn't come to work. But that was as we were paying. Nothing before then. Husband and I both ate a salad. They were very good. Food came quick. Waitress was friendly. Restroom was clean. Overall we had a good experience
Worst Applebee's I've ever been to. Maybe in wong side of town with rude racist employees. We stood at the door for 10 mins while 3 employees sat at a table looking at their phones. Only when an old black couple cmlame in did the servers desided it was time to move to set us. Note thet got their food first even after coming in after us. I eat at Applebee's at least 2 or more times a week for my job keeps me on the road.
