I have always been a fan of Applebees. But I can see why so many stores have closed. I feel like the employees just don't care. That is very sad. We place a lot of togo orders that we drive 12.6 miles round trip to pick up. Occassionally we dine in. However, every single pick-up order we have made has been wrong. And it's so disappointing to get home and realize what you have been craving for hours is just a memory. We order extra sauce and it is never in there. This place is a pathetic excuse of a restaurant. Just stay away. And I saw a rat get a table before we were seated.

Great service! I don’t leave reviews as often as I should but the service was great, food was on point and hot. Shout out to management for doing an excellent job. As a business owner myself, I appreciate good customer service.
