Oh Applebee's..... I used to really enjoy eating here. Tonight was pretty bad. Seated quick. Probably 25 customers in on an early Monday night. Order was fast and efficient. Food came out really quick. We had a 3rd join us and requested an alternation. It came out with something specifically asked to be removed. Rather than sending it back, picked it off. 51 minutes from being seated to being served on a slow Saturday afternoon. We had to flag down the waitstaff to get our drinks refilled. My plate arrived with a double helping of green beans since, according to the server, "we don't have broccoli." Couldn't that have been relayed earlier with a substitution suggested?
