Service was wonderful, but unfortunately everything else was disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant was extremely hot and it felt like the A/C wasn’t working properly. The food was also very disappointing. This was our first time visiting the Applebee’s in Crosby, and sadly, we had a very bad experience overall.
Our food was great. Service was amazing!! We'll definitely be going back.
I had a ribeye that didn't taste like what I'm used to eating therefore I I am only giving two stars.
