My first time here. Service was excellent but I ordered the rack of ribs with fries. Fries were piping hot and the ribs flavorful but ice cold. Linda the manager was very professional and helpful
I cant review the food since I sat and waited for 20 minutes with no one even acknowledging our existence past the point of seating us. We finally got up and left. We never got a drink.... never even told hold on or anything by the waitress that was working. But the 2 tables in the entire restaurant were getting great service. I celebrated my birthday at Applebee's. Family lives nearby, plus we really like Applebee's. We don't hv one nearby. We were missing a member of our party, unable to attend --coincidentally our server's name is the name of our absent member. Food was great. I had a beautiful and delicious mocktail. Great Halloween additions. Service was great. Excellent customer service. A favorite beer cheese and pretzels. We'll be bk soon.
I ordered a drink from the menu & nobody that worked there knew what it was or how to make it, a waitress got into an argument & chased the customers out of the place, plus it took forever to get our drinks and food
