I just feel like every time I go out to a restaurant now, the service can be hectic and the food just isn't as good as it once was...

Drop to 1 star from 5. I ordered the prime rib sandwich, substituted cheddar cheese and coleslaw. It came with American cheese and French fries. There might have been maybe 2 oz of beef on the entire sandwich. The beef was delicious what little teeny bit there was. Can't stand American cheese on prime rib, I did substitute cheddar, I don't eat french fries I did substitute coleslaw apparently that was too hard.
