My server Q was amazing! Super attentive and Robby the kitchen manager was so kind! I love this place and this is literally like the only restaurant I go to. I recommend the Kennewick Applebee’s to everybody that I know definitely worth your money and your time!
We arrived today at opening. greeting was great, quick seating was great. Got our drink and food order in about 11:05am. Drinks (sodas only) took about 20 minutes to arrive, appetizer took about 25 minutes. Food didn't arriver until after 11:45am. I was with my wife, and trust me, I know my wife, we did not order the bourbon street chicken and shrimp (my wife can't stand seafood). Great service and good food
This is my local Applebee's but this was a very disappointing visit. We were first told that the ribs we ordered were no longer available and to choose something else. We go with different options but then they still bring out ribs so miscommunication between servers and kitchen? We were glad to have gotten the ribs so that's why 3 stars on the food.
