Got a Caesar salad to go a few weeks back. Every piece of lettuce was brown and wilted, completely inedible and it was about a 16$ salad. The salad I’m currently eating from Wendy’s blows the Applebees salad out of the water for a fraction of the price
We came all the way from the DmV area and the food was amazing the cooks name was Casey and let me tell you he deserves lots of praise because usually a lot of cooks in other establishments don’t care about how they cook and you can tell he takes pride in his job . If I could give more the 5 stars to him and everyone else I sure would . Way to go Applebee’s in galax va
Food is decent. Service is just ok. You’ll always wait to be served even though the restaurant is empty. Atmosphere is ok. It’s a basic Applebee’s.
Staff to busy on their phones to care. My meal was cold when brought to table. Told waitress and she literally said "I'll have them reheat it". I asked for a fresh plate. The manager came over after a 5 min wait( only 2 other tables in the house). He asked the problem, I explained, he said I'll do it myself, give me 10 min. After 20 min extra waiting I received my meal which now has smaller portions. At least it was hot. My companion had to return their food that they described as " Worse than a Pilot truck stop".
