If I could give 0 stars I would. BAD service. Everyone in our party was served food. My husband and I waited 15 mins ( there were some other big parties understanding a lot is going on) before asking able our food. After spending $79, I honestly feel cheated by the service I received at Applebee’s in Taylorsville, Indiana. The wait times were extremely long, and when our food finally arrived, it was cold. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Staff were unhelpful and showed no urgency or concern about fixing the issues. No apologies, no effort to make things right.
