This was my first bad experience at Applebee's. The service was good from the waitress and the manager. However, the food was not. The steak was tiny, with very little flavor. The broccoli that came with it was ice cold. I mentioned that so they brought another, bigger portion of broccoli to me. It was hot, but incredibly bitter. We visited this place on April 2, 2026. We had traveled to NYC and was headed home to Indiana. When we left the restaurant I didnt realize I had left my purse in the booth. We had gotten two hours away and was 6 hours from home, we stopped to get gas, my purse was gone. I called Applebee's and the waitress had found it immediately and had the hostess lock it up.
