I went into Applebees at 11pm, upon walking in, the manager greeted my partner & I with a very negative attitude including rolling his eyes and checking his watch at least 3 times, mind you there was still 5-6 tables and a few people at the bar. We were then greeted by our server Tyler and he was super pleasant and had a great attitude!! Definitely 5 stars to Tyler!!! Just a reminder how much we enjoy this brand. Folks are service oriented and seem to enjoy their positions. It got the Applebee's menu that we love, the atmosphere that gives a warm feeling.
Our server, Jenna S. was fantastic and the food was really good!! Jenna was friendly, funny and waa perfect overall!!
Had a great experience with Jenna S. This Friday night! 80s babies unite. She took such good care of us and definitely is a huge reason I want to come back! Thank you Jenna!!
