As a frequenter of this Applebee's, we have always had impeccable service and wonderful food. Alanis especially has gone out of her way for myself and my friends, and we always look forward to returning!
A scowling Asian woman sat at the bar with a paper taking notes, she turned from side to side staring at people at one point walked up and down the dining room then into the kitchen...found out she was some corporate person 'grading' the place. Come on Applebee's! Send someone personable,who isn't making everyone nervous (including the customers). It was so cold in there, had to go outside to warm up and it was in the 90's.
