Absolutely terrible ! I will never go to this place again and would rather have had ramen. Not only did our server get the whole order wrong and just said sorry but she also charged for an extra shot I did not want and told her I didn't want it. I wish I would gave gotten her name because this was totally unacceptable.
I would expect better service. While I dont expect to be catered too, being check on more than twice would of been nice.
Came in for dinner after a long day of concrete polishing. Went up to the bar and ordered double jack &Pepsi, strawberry margaritas frozen + salt, the combo appettizer and a quesdilla burger. Every was fresh and tasty. Bartender was nice
The Bartender, Rochelle, is a gem! She doesn't miss a beat. She's attentive, personable and very friendly! The kitchen doew a great job keeping up with orders! Good Job, Emporia Applebee's!
