Ordered carry out, scheduled it for a 5:30 pickup, the receipt says it was ready at 5:10, 20 minutes way too early. By the time I got home, most of the food was cold. I do takeout whenever I come here and never had this problem, very disappointed.

Really disappointed. For 10+ years I've always ordered the Oriental chicken salad to-go. It used to come in a big square take out container so full I could never finish it all. The chicken used to be really good too. Now it costs more, comes in a much smaller oval container and the chicken is not as good. And they don't even give you a full container of dressing...you used to get two containers! Same with the side of garlic mashed potatoes.
