Applebee's Grill + Bar — frustrating experience from the start. I was greeted almost immediately, but instead of a welcome, I was rushed about where I parked and told to move. There was a sign, but I didn’t see it due to a disability — and there was zero patience or understanding shown when that was explained. After moving and coming back to the door, I stood there for over five minutes with no acknowledgment at all. Granite city Apple Bee's is making a comeback the staff are good and new! This one young man in particular he had lighter complexion pierced ears and short curly hair I didn't catch his name. He wiped my seat off when it was wet very hospitable he deserves a raise, very polite and hard working. The manager was fun and energetic professional, hospitable didn't get her name either she was African American. Our waiter Mackeni was on the drinks made sure we had plenty to drink.
