New Gentleman server took long time to take drink order,didn't come back to take food order. Contacted manager and let her know we were leaving. Needs additional training to be observant and attentive to guests.
Waited for someone to acknowledge us once we sat down waited 20 minutes no one ever came to our table , . waiter walked by us 4 different times waved a lady down ask if we were going to be served she said oh your waiter didn’t see you ! Well……… that was a ball face lie he walked by us 4 times and there were only one couple in his section she said he will be right over waited 10 more minutes then we decided to leave I’m not begging anyone to wait on us . The food improved a lot. The bourbon steak and blackened salmon with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes tasted delicious. Servers are much better now. I guess Applebee's is paying attention in the server's training because they were doing a great job,accurate orders,fast serving,paying attention to their customers. Atmosphere pretty good,cozy and is more clean now.
