45 minutes until we got our drinks they were not once refilled. 55 minutes later we get our food. Not busy at all. Never got a1 sauce or ranch we asked for. Terrible customer service.
Fairly average Applebee's. Their food is consistent, not great but good. Prices are reasonable. The staff really struggled, our waiter was new, was struggling to figure out the check and the computer system, the manager wasn't much help to him. Overall everything was okay, it just took a really long time. Probably over an hour for our waiter to figure out the check, granted I was in a group of about 15 people, and it needed to be split a bunch of ways.
