We had a family birthday on Sunday with a party of 22 people. Our waitress was Elizabeth (Liz). She did a wonderful job with our party. She was excellent with great customer service. Good job Liz we enjoyed everything.
We went and celebrated a birthday at Applebee’s this evening with a party of 10. Our server Sunshine was amazing! He had not been there long but his customer service skills were above and beyond. If something was incorrect he fixed it quickly and apologized. He never acted under pressure with such a large group and not to mention his great personality! I would rate him 10 stars if it was possible! I feel once he has been there for a little bit he will rock it even more!
Wasn't busy at all and our service was extremely slow. Our food came out before our appetizer, which I think she completely forgot about. After ordering we never saw our waitress again. Our food runner did all the work for the rest of our visit.
