Went to the Applebee’s in Tullahoma worst experience ever, and I do mean ever when it comes to a restaurant!!!!! My daughter and I went in with two of my grandchildren one which is handicap so we had him in a wagon. When we first got there, the young lady was making every excuse to sit up somewhere and mind you we’ve been there several times before with the wagon that we had today and never had a problem!! Bread was stale and the meat for the prime rib dipper was like beef jerky barely had anything in the sandwhich
EVERYTIME I order a side salad with my meal it always a bad mistake. They are not made fresh, but sit in a cooler and watered down. Even the ranch dressing is watered down. I dont know why they cant make a side salad fresh when they have so many workers standing around. Used to think Ruby's was the worse in town but im thinking this place is giving them a run for their money. Ordered curbside 2 orders of Chicken Tenders & Fries. Order was wrong had to take back in. They fixed quickly. Literally parked in parking lot to eat Chicken was dry and cold same as where the fries. They did have food ready before pick up time. So it should have atleast been warm but wasn't. Definitely dont recommend this Applebee's.
Very disappointed. Two hours in this place is Too long. Terrible AND slow service. We ordered salads! Not sure what the problem was fixing a couple salads but I won't return to this location.
