I recently went to Applebee’s with five friends for dinner and drinks, and we all had an amazing time. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable—perfect for catching up and laughing together. Our server was friendly, attentive, and right on time with everything. The food came out hot, flavorful, and well-presented, and the drinks were mixed just right. First of all, we were all given a single UNWRAPPED fork for cutlery sat down on the most likely unwashed table. Waited 15 minutes for a drink and service was terrible. Long wait times and just unprofessional. I’ve had several unprofessional experiences here. Not to mention the guy giving out silverware barehanded scrubbed the floor with no gloves and gave another group of people unwrapped silverware. And it was EXTREMELY overpriced for the quality of food/service. This place definitely isn’t want it used to be.
