One of the major issues that I had is a handicap issues. I recently visited McPherson Apple Bees alone I had my right hand in a cast and wanted to use the salt and pepper and couldn't because of the style that they use. I asked if they had any other types of shakers and of course they didn't. They have nothing in place for anyone that is alone with 1 hand.

Amazing service, Amy did great getting our large group a table quickly on a busy night. Went above and beyond for refills and such.
