Haven’t been to this location in years and don’t think we’ll be back again. Ordered apps with our entrees. 40 minutes went by, never received our appetizers. Food came out and we asked about the appetizers, server didn’t even realize we never received them. Brought them out finally after we were halfway done with our very lukewarm meals. Only 3 of the 4 even got their entree and had to wait almost another 10 minutes for the 4th person’s entree. Server was nice but very inattentive. Jacob at Applebee's is a rockstar! Seriously, he made our whole meal fantastic. He was super friendly, incredibly fast, and somehow knew exactly what we needed before we even asked. He was attentive without hovering, and his great attitude made our visit awesome. Give this man a raise—he deserves it
