Pickle fries were awful, very greasy.. service was good.
We got the 2 for $25 deal and everything tasted great and our server was friendly and efficient.
Our server, Annah, was amazing and she was super kind. However, two of our pasta dishes came out cold and one was missing the chicken tenders that came with it, and our mashed potatoes were cold. We had asked the manager nearby, Joesph, to talk to him about the situation, and he handled it very poorly, looking at us like we were stupid and asked if we would like new meals or a discount and came back and gave us $18 off, instead of comping the two cold meals. Haven’t been to this location in years and don’t think we’ll be back again. Ordered apps with our entrees. 40 minutes went by, never received our appetizers. Food came out and we asked about the appetizers, server didn’t even realize we never received them. Brought them out finally after we were halfway done with our very lukewarm meals. Only 3 of the 4 even got their entree and had to wait almost another 10 minutes for the 4th person’s entree. Server was nice but very inattentive.
