If a zero was possible... I walk in at 8:55 P.M. on a rainy Friday night traveling home trying to get a half decent supper. Was almost immediately greeted, seated, given menu, napkins, and silverware. After a minute or two, I notice my arms sticking to the table and the menu pages sticking together..... after 27 minutes I get up and go to the bathroom. Everyone in my family got their food except for one person. It took an additional 30 minutes tor that food to arrive. Our waitress was nice, but a manager would not make herself available and when she did she was full of excuses. She said the cheese for our nachos was frozen. She said it takes 40 minutes to thaw it. She said poor management is not to blame. And, had no explanation of why we couldn’t have been told that it would be 40 minute wait. Do yourself a favor and don’t go.

Poor service 2 people here other than me and I have been here almost an hour and have only seen the bartender one time and I have to ask her to fix me a drink and took her another 10 mins to fix it worst Applebee's I have ever been to and will never be back and trust me I spend alot of money at Applebee's just ask my wife like me alone my drinks and food is anywhere from 150 to 200 everytime
