I cannot say how much we love Vicky!! Our second time in and having Vicky wait on us was truly amazing. She remembered our drinks and the appetizer we had and this was only our second time with her! Hard to find such a fantastic wait person these days. She is the bartender and waits on all the tables in the bar area. Truly a one of a kind. Food is always good. And all the other interactions we've had are fantastic with other employees as well.
The 2 for $30 deal is great! Love to order for pickup! They’re always friendly & fast. Even Togo the food is still hot and steaks always cooked nicely.
I took my daughter here for her last day of school. The lady at the front was very unfriendly and dismissive. She said we had to wait for a table for a party of 2. Minutes later another party of 2 walked in and was seated before us. I got up and asked why they were seated before us and she gave me a dirty look and said, I’m cleaning off your table and walked away. We left and went to Rosie’s Diner which is right next door. We were greeted and seated immediately. We will never go back to this Applebees again.
TERRIBLE SERVICE ! If I could put a 0 I would :/ Not even busy on this Wednesday night . Took 15 mins to get seated , once seated for 15 more minutes still didn’t come to get our drink order …. Mind you they weren’t even busy , all the servers were too busy chatting it up by the bar …..Me nd my man just walked out .. 0/10🤣 I shouldveee toook a picture ! Mind you we always come with a big group on the weekends and spend a good amount of money there … next weekend imma remember this experience and take my money somewhere else... read more
