me, my wife, and my mom went here. The waiter was super nice, however didnt see alot of employees and that should of been my first clue. took 25 minutes to get drinks, keep in mind outside temps were 103 degrees on 9/4/2026. ordered food, took along time to arrive. rest of my parties food was great but my food was completely wrong. ordered crispy chicken sandwich and fries, was brought out grilled chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes. the waiter seen my puzzled face and realized it was wrong. said he would discount bill, jus... read more

We went here only because most of the other restuarants in Farmville had a long wait line. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger. There were only 2 options, rare or well done. Aparently med is too hard to figure out. I expected mushrooms, but I guess they were out, so they just piled on the onions, which I scraped off. I can assure you I will not frequent any applebees after this experience. I will say the wait staff did the best they could.

Service was horrible, it took a while to get our drinks, our spinach dip was cold and then it took even longer to get our food. I can’t think of one positive experience during the entire hour and a half I was there. Well I will change that there was one positive, Kay Kay our waitress was kind, polite, and served with a smile.

We ate there Monday evening August 31. It as not crowded yet they allowed customers to suffer due to either an untrained waitress or an extremely inexperienced one. The food order was not taken correctly, food was oily, no refills were offered, napkins were needed, it took an long time to get the order and longer to get the ticket. We were seated right next to several loud groups even though there was ample room. Management should not have allowed this to happen. Customer lost...

Waited 45 minutes for a drink to be brought to the table, I was the last one at the table to get my drink, appetizers were out before I had it and I had to ask twice and was told it'd be out as soon as the bartender comes back. Watched her come back and stand and talk before making it knowing id been waiting the entire time. Can see why the parking lot was empty.
