Pickle fries were good, hats off to the chef but the bartender (our server for a table near the bar) was inattentive to say the least. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and drinks while we watched her continue serving next rounds of beer and shots to people at the bar before making other tables drinks and then ours. Applebee’s used to be a reliable go-to, but this order was seriously disappointing. The wings were dry and overcooked, the shrimp wasn’t crispy like they promised, and the breadsticks were burnt. It feels like the quality has really gone downhill. Definitely not what it used to be.
Can't get service ,very slow.high price for what you get.
Usually have a good experience, but not this location. Our party of 3 walked in and was seated right away. Restaurant had plenty of seating available. Server asked about drinks, but said they had to wash some first because they didn't have any. Brought out drinks, took our order. Brought out appetizer. No plates, or utensils given. Had to flag him down for that. Ran out of forks, so he said they had to wash some for us. Weird experience. Would not go back. Sorry, I usually love Applebee's.
Ribs and salmon were extremely dry. Won't go back there to eat.
