As a former employee, I can say the staff slacks off, a lot. The managers just sweep the bad under the rug, saying it won't be a problem, yada yada ya, all that. Food wasn't bad, but I had to wait until I was off work to get anything from there to eat, and even so, it took awhile. They also scheduled me often on days that I couldn't come in because I had obligations outside of work, then got angry because I was late. Fun place to be. Good food.
Fries and mozzarella sticks tasted like they were sitting in warmer for a long time lukewarm at best nothing was fresh besides my chicken....there were maybe 12 guest there so they weren't busy not worth the price
Never got any food. Watched my waiter walk past our table twice before he even acknowledged us. Ordered drinks twice because Jared was not capable of sticking around to listen to our order. I ordered the appetizer at the same time as the food because Jared never asked. I had to call Jared back to the table to finish my order. I left before any food was ever delivered because it should not have taken that long to recieve chips and salsa.
