I swore off Applebee's/Chili's/etc well over a decade ago, and was reminded why. Trash. It wasn't busy at all. Everyone who came through the door had to wait for the hostess to show up. I was sat at a very sticky table. My server didn't know she was my server and was asking me who seated me. The hostess? I ordered a draft beer and was told they were out of 16oz (after it was listed to me as an option). You're out of 16oz...glasses? Ordered food. If I could leave no stars at all I would everything was terrible The service was terrible. The food was terrible. Asked to speak with a general manager. She was very very rude. At first they told me that she wasn’t there and then another girl come and told me that her name was Heather and she’d be there in a few minutes, but she was very, very rude and Very unprofessional the bathrooms were disgusting just everything about this place was disgusting!!!!

Dirty place, workers dress like they are cleaning cars, dirty dishes. Appetize was old. Server was very nice, everything else is a failure. We run out of this place.
